A driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries after the 18-wheeler he was driving jackknifed on Tuesday night.
The accident happened near exit 353 on I-35 Northbound around 6:10 p.m.
According to the Department of Public Safety, the 18-wheeler transporting lumber hydroplaned and jackknifed, which caused the cab of the vehicle to break off.
A two-vehicle accident occurred after 7 p.m., when officials were still investigating the 18-wheeler crash. It appeared one of the vehicles hydroplaned. No one was injured in that accident.
