The following is an email send out to all Baylor student regarding Thursday's breaking news based on the Pepper Hamilton report.
Dear Baylor Nation,
We want you to be aware that today, the University announced actions based on the Findings of Fact and Recommendations of the independent investigation of Pepper Hamilton into Baylor’s handling of incidents of sexual assault. These announcements include significant changes in personnel and a commitment to substantive changes in policies and systems that support our students. The findings revealed clear opportunities for Baylor to improve. We encourage you to read the announcement and accompanying documents available on the University website.
The University leadership appreciates your prayers for healing for the victims of sexual assault, for wisdom as the University moves forward and for each member of the Baylor community to treat one another with dignity and respect as beloved children of God.
