Aggies Face South Carolina in SEC Tournament Elimination Game

HOOVER, Alabama – The No. 2 Texas A&M Aggies face elimination from the SEC Tournament when they play the No. 9 South Carolina Gamecocks in a 9:30 am contest Thursday. A victory would send the Maroon and White to another elimination game against either No. 10 Ole Miss or No. 6 Vanderbilt on Friday.

The Aggies are sending sophomore Brigham Hill to the mound. In his last two games, facing South Carolina and Ole Miss, Hill yielded just one run in 13.0 innings, scattering nine hits and three walks while striking out 14.

Thursday’s contest is set to air on the SEC Network. Clay Matvick (play-by-play) and Ben McDonald (color analyst) will be on the call. Every game of the SEC Tournament can be seen via the WatchESPN app with credentials required through respective cable providers.
