A motorcyclist was in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash on Sunday. The motorcyclist has been identified as 48-year-old Thomas Turner of Waco.
Just before noon, Waco police responded to a crash involving a 2007 Blue and White Suzuki motorcycle and a 1996 Green Ford Taurus.
Police said the motorcycle was heading east bound on West Waco Drive and the Taurus was turning south from the west bound lane at the intersection of 11th and Waco when they collided in the intersection.
The motorcyclist was taken to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest with life-threatening injuries. Officials say he was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Taurus, a 38-year-old woman, was treated at the scene and released.
Waco police are trying to figure out who was at fault.
