Waco police are investigating after a man was shot on Saturday night.
A 33-year-old male, identified as Francisco Sustaita, told officers he was walking in an apartment complex at 2525 East Lake Shore Dr. Saturday night when a black or dark blue vehicle drove by and fired three shots.
Sustaita was hit in his right thigh by one of the bullets. He was taken to Hillcrest Hospital's Emergency Room where he was treated for the gunshot wound.
He had been admitted to the hospital for observation.
Sustaita said he does not know who shot him or what the occupants in the vehicle looked like.
