Killeen ISD Announces New Executive Director for Athletics

The Killeen Independent School District is pleased to announce that Randall Hugg has been named the Executive Director for Athletics.

Mr. Hugg has served in various roles within secondary education and athletics since 1993. His most recent position was at Chisholm Trail High School where he served as the Athletic Coordinator/Head Football Coach. While serving as the Campus Athletic Coordinator, Chisholm Trail High School’s athletic program made several post season appearances in various sports.

During his coaching career, Mr. Hugg along with his staff made 18 playoff appearances, and eleven consecutive trips to the UIL Texas High School football playoffs.

Mr. Hugg is replacing David Manley who is currently serving as the Executive Director for Secondary Schools with Killeen ISD.

Dr. Craft says, “Mr. Hugg brings a variety of experiences to the KISD Athletic Department. His energy, work ethic and passion for student-athletes and educators is evident and we are excited for Mr. Hugg and his family to join the KISD team.”
