As we head into the weekend, the weather is going to be changing as a powerful storm system moves in. Flash flooding is the primary threat, but other types of severe weather are possible on Sunday. Here is what you can expect:
Saturday - Morning drizzle, a few afternoon storms out west. If you have outdoor plans, you should be fine.
Sunday - High chance for afternoon storms, some severe. Large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes are possible
Sunday night into Monday - As the rain continues, flooding becomes a big concern. Creeks and rivers will need to be watched.
There are no watches or warnings as of Friday afternoon. That will change over the weekend. Stay alert!
