Senior Baylor University running back Devin Chafin was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana this morning in Oklahoma.
Sheriff Bobby Whittington says, Chafin and Jennifer Kerr of Waco were returning from Colorado with several 'prescription' style bottles filled marijuana and marijuana products. According to Police the two had purchased marijuana edibles while in Colorado on spring break. Both Chafin and Kerr were arrested and booked in the Tillman County Jail
Police say Chafin was initially pulled over for speeding, 13 miles west of Grandfield, Okla. on Highway 70.
Chafin is a fourth year Junior at Baylor University. News Channel 25 is working to gather more details on the arrest.
