Deer Park man added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list

HARRIS COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

The Department of Public Safety has added Michael Thomas Osborn, of Deer Park, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list.

A cash reward up to $7,500 is being offered for information leading up to his capture.

46-year-old Osborn removed his ankle monitor while out on bond for child indecency charges out of Harris County.

His criminal history includes possession of child pornography, aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Osborn is 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 240 pounds, and has tattoos on his left arm and ankle.

He was last known to be traveling in a black 2007 Ford Expedition displaying Texas license plates.
