Killeen police are investigating after an overnight shooting sent one man to the hospital.
Police say the gunfire broke out just after midnight Wednesday at the Hunter's Glen Village Apartments in the 1200 block of Bacon Ranch Rd.
Responding officers found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital. Police report he was taken directly into surgery and is in stable condition. The victim's name is not being released at this time.
Police are still investigating and have made no arrests at this time.
