A 42-year-old Belton man has been brought back to Bell County to face charges in a child sexual assault case after being arrested in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
The Dallas Police Department arrested Raul Garcia on June 8 on a Belton warrant for an aggravated sexual assault of a child charge.
The alleged sexual assaults of a child are said to have occurred on the south side of Belton beginning in 2009. Further details about the case were not released.
