A McLennan County man already serving a prison term for failure to register as a sex offender, for a second time, has been served with additional warrants while behind bars.
53-year-old Fidel Robledo Barron was already serving a 6 year sentence in the TCD Hughes Unit, when he was served with new charges of indecency with a child and three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Barron is already in his third trip to prison, having been charged and sentenced for indecency with a child and possession of cocaine, along with two separate cases of failure to register as a sex offender.
The latest investigation led to cases going back to 2011.
