A 51-year-old man is behind bars after police say he assaulted his 78-year-old mother during an argument over him playing video games.
Henry Ulmer faces charges of assault-family violence and injury to the elderly after an elderly woman was transported to a local hospital with leg and back injuries.
A Lacy Lakeview Police Department official says this happened at Shady Rest Trailer Park on North Dallas Highway.
Police say Ulmer and his mother got into an argument over him playing a video game. He is accused of assaulting her and pushing her down, over a chair, which injured her.
