WACO, TX (KXXV) - All three bikers who were released on much lower bonds Monday are back in the McLennan County Jail after a judge revoked their bond.

A $1 million bond was supposed to have been set for everyone who was arrested, but initially that wasn't the case. Waco police say the bond was originally set low, but the judge revoked it because of the seriousness of the crime. Thursday morning, the three were extradited back to McLennan County from the Travis County Jail.

Monday, Juan Garcia and Drew King were released on $50,000 bonds, along with Jim Harris, who was released on a $20,000 bond.

Sgt. Patrick Swanton says Garcia, Harris, and King were arrested after police secured the scene.

"They got arrested outside our perimeters for coming to the scene with weapons,” says Sgt. Swanton. “Those three individuals rode up on motorcycles wearing colors of biker gang members."

Authorities say because of their gang affiliation the three have also been charged with engaging in organized crime and a new $1 million bond was issued to match the others.

170 bikers are in jail and 7 of the 18 originally hospitalized remain in the hospital in stable condition. The bikers in the hospital are under guard.

Eleven have been released from the hospitals and authorities say they're keeping an eye on them.

“We know who they are. Are there additional arrests expected? That is a very good possibility," says Sgt. Swanton.

Most of the 170 arrested weren't from the area, but News Channel 25 has confirmed nearly three dozen of live in Central Texas.
