Waco Man Faces Charges for Continuous Family Violence

WACO, TX (KXXV) - A Waco man faces felony charges after being accused of continuous violence against family members at least twice in just a year.

Pedro Rodriguez is accused causing bodily injury to the woman he lived with by hitting her in the face, holding his hand over her mouth, and pushing her against the wall.

The victim has not cooperated with police. However, when officers responded to a call at the house last month, officers say they could hear screaming from the home.

In addition, officers say they could see Rodriguez pushing on the victim inside of a room causing unwanted contact.

Officers responded to a home after a child made an outcry of the violence going on at the home during a 911 call.
