Waco woman arrested for firing shotgun at truck

WACO, TX (KXXV) - A 32-year-old Waco woman has been arrested after police say she fired a shotgun at her estranged boyfriend's truck.

Candy Ann Bridger faces a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the incident.

Police say it happened Sunday afternoon about 2:30 p.m., in the 3900 block of Rolando Ave. Following an argument, the victim told police that he decided to leave. As he was driving away, Bridger is accused of pointing a 12-gauge shotgun out of her window, and blasting his truck.

The man was not injured, but there was damage to the truck. He went to police, who obtained a warrant and arrested Bridger, recovering a weapon at the house.
