ARLINGTON, Va., July 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Allbritton Communications Company ("ACC") announced today that it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced tender offer (the "Tender Offer") for any and all of its outstanding 8% Senior Notes due May 15, 2018 (the "Notes"), to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 25, 2014.
The Tender Offer is being made on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Offer to Purchase dated June 13, 2014, as amended by the terms set forth in ACC's press release dated June 27, 2014 (the "Offer to Purchase"), and the related Letter of Transmittal ("Letter of Transmittal"). Upon the terms and subject to the conditions described in the Offer to Purchase and Letter of Transmittal and the amended terms of the Tender Offer set forth herein, ACC is offering to purchase for cash any and all of the Notes. Except as described herein, the terms of the Tender Offer remain unchanged.
