Woman arrested for stealing nearly $2,000 from area Walmart

WACO, TX (KXXV) - Police have arrested a 36-year-old woman accused of stealing nearly $2,000 worth of items from a Waco Walmart.

Tosha Ann Nunez has been charged with three counts of theft for a case that was reported to police by Walmart.

The thefts were reported by the Walmart store in the 4300 block of Franklin Ave. They reported that over a five day period, Nunez and another person stole approximately $1,995 from the store.

Police say they may have been doing this at a Hillsboro Walmart as well.

Police have not yet arrested the other person involved in the thefts.
