Man charged with intoxication manslaughter for March wreck near Gholson

GHOLSON, TX (KXXV) - UPDATE: 26-year-old David Allen Krueger was arrested Sunday, June 1 on intoxication manslaughter charges for a fatal wreck on March 30, 2014.

Trooper DL Wilson says Krueger was hurt in the wreck, and was still in a wheelchair when he was arrested.
 
81-year-old Waco man Dan Foreman was killed in the head-on collision on FM 933 near Gholson.

An 81-year-old Waco man is dead and another man is in stable condition at a local hospital after a head on collision Sunday night near Gholson.

DPS reports the accident occurred just before 9 p.m. on Gholson Road, when a 1998 Jeep Cherokee crossed the center line and struck a 1991 Chevy Lumina that was northbound on FM 933.

The driver of the Lumina, Dan Foreman, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to DPS Trooper DL Wilson.

26-year-old David Allen Krueger was behind the wheel of the Jeep Cherokee, and DPS says he is in stable condition at Hillcrest.
