UPDATE: Police have arrested two men in connection with the shooting in the Club Crush parking lot back on April 20, that injured one man.

Alex Charles Forcey, 23, and Clyde Vonzell Forcey, 19, have been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the shooting. They were both arrested Tuesday, April 29, with the assistance of the U.S. Marshal Task Force. Police say the two are cousins.

Police are still investigating the shooting.

The spotlight is on a local club after yet another shooting over the weekend. Waco police are on the hunt for a gunman who opened fire in the Club Crush parking lot.

Police say more than 30 shots were fired in the North Waco parking lot, located in the 1000 block of North 25th Street, early Sunday morning.

This latest shooting sent one man to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his leg. Waco police aren't releasing his name or his condition. Police say the victim's car, along with seven others were riddled with bullets.

Residents who live near Club Crush like Carole Daniels tell News Channel 25 this is nothing new.

"Every time I look up on Fridays and Saturdays, in my living room or my den, all you see are red and blue, red and blue, red and blue. And we're scared over here because like I said, you can be sitting up watching TV and a stray bullet don't care who it hits,” says Daniels. “These are our homes, these are our lives and this is where we live and I feel if you can't be safe at home, you're not safe nowhere."

The problems in the neighborhood have led North Waco resident Louisa Nuñez to speak out about club crush at last week’s city council meeting.

"The music is so loud that it literally makes the windows of my house shake, causing my truck alarm to be set off,” says Nuñez. “To make matters worse, I have to clean my yard every weekend from the broken liquor bottles, condom wrappers and paraphernalia that are thrown into my yard."

In fact, police say they found ecstasy pills and marijuana in the shooting victim's car.

Those neighbors also submitted a petition to the city council at the beginning of the month calling for action. They say they want the city to acknowledge there's a problem and to work with them to find a solution.
