An Austin bishop joins a West mass to commemorate the one year anniversary of the explosion.
With the anniversary on April 17 landing right in the middle of Holy Week, the Catholic Church of the Assumption in West held a mass to remember the victims of the explosion Friday night. Joining them was bishop Joe Vasquez of the Austin Diocese.
Vasquez led the mass that started at 6:30.
