FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) - A soldier's performance of the National Anthem has opened a memorial ceremony to pay tribute to three soldiers killed by a gunman's shooting rampage at Fort Hood.
As President Barack Obama and ranks of soldiers looked on, Col. Matthew Goff, a Fort Hood chaplain, delivered an invocation to begin the program of addresses Wednesday.
