Killeen ISD says all students who couldn't be picked up because of the lock down on Fort Hood are being cared for by campus administration.
All students whose parents are unable to pick them up due to the lockdown on Fort Hood are at their campuses and being taken care of by campus staff. School staff will care for students until a parent is able to come pick them up fromall campuses, both on and off Fort Hood where children are being held awaiting a parent.
Killeen ISD will continue to maintain a lockdown status until further notification. Once the lockdown is lifted, they will release students to parents.
