No injuries reported in early morning Temple fire

TEMPLE - Investigators are trying to figure out what caused an early morning fire in Bell County Tuesday.

Temple firefighters received a call just after 3 a.m. Tuesday morning, about a fire at a home in the 1700 block of South Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. in Temple.

Temple PD, Scott & White EMS and ONCOR Electric also responded to the fire. Fire crews were able to get the fire under control by 4:30 a.m. Firefighters had to work around a downed electric wire.

Fire officials say there were no reported injuries from the fire. The cause is still being investigated.
