The Los Angeles Real Estate Investment Association (LAREIA) will be hosting its monthly networking event this Thursday, February 20, 2014, from 6-9pm. Tickets to the event are free. To register, please visit http://REIALA.com.

Networking is one of the main keys to building a real estate business and this LAREIA networking club event should have more than 100 real estate professionals from different parts of the industry attending.

“It only takes one person, one opportunity, and one deal to change your life,” says ClubPresident Shenoah Grove. “During this meeting, we’ll make sure you network with everyone there. Don’t worry if you are afraid to talk to people—we’ll make sure you are in a safe, comfortable environment. Plus we’ll give you scripts to help you get to know others and we’ll facilitate and choreograph the entire meeting.”

Rather than just have a large mess of investors wander aimlessly around, LAREIA will put investors into groups and make sure that each group has time to network with the other groups.

“Our goal is to put money with deals meaning if you have money and you’re looking for a deal, you’ll find it at this meeting and if you have a deal and you’re looking for money, you’ll find it at this meeting. This event will be fun and valuable.”

Some hardball questioning by the prosecution during the sentencing phase of Carnell Petetan Jr. trial led to some near fireworks by the defense.
