A new social website launched this month catering to Lady Anglers Worldwide. It is the first of its kind and is set to become the next Facebook, but for the fishing community. This new and exciting social media haven is called Miss Hot Stick and is online at http://MissHotStick.com

The Miss Hot Stick online community offers many of the same features of the Social Media Giant, Facebook. Some of those features include free membership, your own wall to post your updates, unlimited photo and video galleries for women anglers to share their favorite moments in fishing. Also offered are Online Forums, Blogs, Live Chat, Event Calendars, Groups and of course, the ability to like and share any content you want.

Miss Hot Stick is the ideal community for women that enjoy fishing and a great place for newbie’s who want to experience the joy of fishing for the first time.

The company was formed by Barbara Limbocker and Regina Neira. John Limbocker was brought in to develop the Miss Hot Stick Online Community. John is no stranger to the online world as he has been developing successful websites and online marketing strategies for companies since the mid nineties. He was brought in as a partner in Allcoast Sportfishing and was responsible for exponentially increasing their member base and taking their online readership to an excess of 30,000 daily visitors. Shortly after reaching this level they were bought out by the outdoor giant, Noreast.

The two ladies were asked what inspired them to create Miss Hot Stick. They said, “The online fishing communities out there are fairly hostile, vulgar and loaded with ego and testosterone. We felt this wasn’t really appealing to most female anglers. We set out to create a non biased place that would encourage women of all ages and walks of life to experience the joy of fishing. We have decided to let gentlemen participate but there will be a strict zero tolerance rule in place. Anyone posting or participating in an inappropriate fashion will immediately be banned permanently. This is a safe space we are providing, no exceptions.”

The dynamic duo, Barbara & Regina will be kicking things off in style at the Fred Hall Show in Long Beach Ca. The show starts on Wed March 5th and runs through Sun March 9th. They have teamed up with long time friend and fishing legend, Michael Fowlkes of Inside Sportfishing. Michael has hosted the longest running Sportfishing Show in Television Broadcast History. Fowlkes says “Their Concept is like a breath of fresh air”. He is really excited about what the girls have put together.

Regina says, “Come out and see us at the Show and we will give you a Free Inside Sportfishing DVD. All you have to do is sign up for a free Miss Hot Stick account and give Inside Sportfishing a “Facebook Like” to receive a free DVD of your choice.”
