BELLMEAD - A 19-year-old man who was out of jail on bail after being arrested for driving his car into his ex-girlfriend’s house, was arrested again by Bellmead police Saturday on felony stalking charges filed by the same woman.

Noel Zapata Rodriguez has been charged with felony stalking charges and his bond was set at $100,000.

Rodriguez was arrested by Bellmead police in August 2013 following an incident on Concord Rd. Police were called after he was accused of ramming a car in a driveway. Police spotted him later and tried to stop him, but he ran. He worked his way back to the victim's house and crashed into it.

Police had obtained an emergency protective order, but after Rodriguez bonded out, police say it had expired. The victim called police to say he was calling her, leaving notes on her car and following her to and from work.

After being warned, Rodriguez was arrested on felony stalking charges.
