Police seek two suspected of oil theft in Nolanville

NOLANVILLE, TX (KXXV) - The Nolanville Police Department is asking for the public's help to find two men suspected of stealing oil from an area restaurant.

Boondocks Tavern, located on Hwy 190 in Nolanville, reported an oil theft to the Nolanville Police Department. Police say two men drove a white Ford flatbed truck with a white plastic tank in the bed. The truck pulled into the restaurant’s storage area where it keeps used oil.

The suspects cut the padlock on the container and pumped oil into the tank. The truck has two stripes on the side and a hose on the passenger side for pumping oil. Police say the suspects appeared to be Hispanic men.

Police are asking anyone with information about this to call Crime Stoppers at 256-TIPS or visit www.bellcountycrimestoppers.com or text BELLCO along with a tip to 274637 (CRIMES).
