WACO - A Waco couple was arrested after police say investigators recovered cocaine, marijuana and a gun during the search of their home Friday morning.

Roderick Carvon Bledsoe and Whitney Monea Hubert both face a charge of endangering a child following the search of their home. Bledsoe also faces several drug charges, including enhanced charges of possession in a drug free zone because they were near a pre school learning center.

According to Sgt. Patrick Swanton with Waco PD, Bledsoe and Hubert were taken into custody after authorities served a DEA warrant at their home, located in an apartment in the 1700 block of Dallas Circle. The warrant was served at 5:45 a.m. January 10th.

Investigators recovered cocaine, marijuana and a firearm during the search. Swanton says they also found a 6-year-old boy present in the apartment, and that is why Bledsoe and Hubert were charged with endangering a child.
