17-year-old sentenced for throwing 2x4 at his younger sister

HARKER HEIGHTS - UPDATE: A teenager will spend 90 days in jail for throwing a two-by-four at his little sister on Christmas Day 2013.

Shondivo Santos pleaded guilty in a Bell County courtroom April 28, 2014, and was sentenced.



A 17-year-old is in the Bell County Jail, accused of injuring his 11-year-old sister during a Christmas Day disturbance at their mother's home.

Shondivo Santos, of Harker Heights, faces a charge of injury to a child for a Christmas Day disturbance.

Police were called out to a disturbance and took Santos into custody. He is accused of throwing a two-by-four at his little sister during an argument, which resulted in an injury that sent her to the hospital.
