BEVERLY HILLS, TX (KXXV) - A McLennan County man was sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual assault and child indecency charges.

Hernandez originally faced a continuous sexual abuse of a young child charge. He was sentenced to 35 years on all counts. Those sentences will run concurrently.

Original Story from Dec.11, 2013:

A 50-year-old man is being held without bond in the McLennan County Jail for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old.

Jose Antonio Hernandez has been charged with indecency with a child by contact and aggravated sexual assault of a child for an incident that occurred earlier this year.

Beverly Hills Police say the investigation into the case remains open as they look into the possibility that there was at least one other victim.
