Police seek man wanted for manslaughter

Police are searching for a 28-year-old man who is wanted for manslaughter for a single vehicle accident in which a passenger was killed.

According to police, Orvin Scott Lee II was the driver involved in a single vehicle accident back on June 4, in which a passenger was killed. Lee was seriously injured during the accident.

Police later determined that Lee was drunk at the time of the accident and was transporting a half pound of marijuana.

The accident was investigated by Texas DPS, and Lee now has a warrant for intoxicated manslaughter, as well as a blue warrant for a parole violation.

Police believe that Lee is avoiding the warrant service. Lee is described as a black man, who is 5'11" and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police received information that Lee was seen at a Killeen movie theater on December 6.

Anyone with information regarding Lee's whereabouts should call police or Bell County Crime Stoppers at (254) 526-TIPS (8477).
