Police arrested a 17-year-old girl after a hit and run auto pedestrian accident that occurred in Waco Wednesday afternoon.
Tristian Lilliana Ramos faces a charge of failure to stop and render aid in an accident involving an injury.
Police say the accident occurred about 3 p.m. at 26th and Waco Dr., when a 46-year-old man was hit by a white Lincoln.
According to police, the driver of the Lincoln fled the scene, but witnesses followed the vehicle and were able to get the license number.
The victim was transported by ambulance to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center, with what were described as "significant" injuries.
