McGregor man found guilty of exposing himself to 6-year-old

MCLENNAN COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

A McGregor man found guilty of exposing himself to a 6-year-old girl back in 2010 was sentenced on Tuesday.

Jacob Wesley Faudi was found guilty on one count of indecency with a child by contact and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure.

He was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the count of indecency with a child by contact and sentenced to 10 years for one of the counts of indecency with a child by exposure.

Faudi will serve these two counts concurrently, which means they will be served at the same time.

He was also sentenced to 10 more years for the other count of indecency with a child by exposure, but he will serve this sentence after the first two counts are finished.

The trial was held in 19th District Court and the jury came down with verdict on Monday and came down with the sentence on Tuesday.

Faudi was arrested by police in January 2011, after he exposed himself to a 6-year-old girl on at least two different occasions.
