WACO, Texas (AP) - Baylor receiver Tevin Reese believes the Bears can go even faster.
The 23rd-ranked Bears scored 69 points with 692 total yards in their season opener. The longest of their eight touchdown drives took just more than 2 minutes.
Reese says they can always get better.
Baylor (1-0) plays Saturday against Buffalo (0-1). It is the second of 4 consecutive home games for the Bears to start the season, the 64th and final one they'll play at Floyd Casey Stadium.
The Bears opened the season with a 69-3 win over Wofford, the most points they've ever scored at their current home stadium.
Buffalo lost 40-20 at third-ranked Ohio State, but gained some momentum after falling behind 23-0 in the first quarter.
