Man charged with abducting children from school bus stops pleads out

BELL COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

The man charged with abducting children from school bus stops back in 2010, has decided to plead out rather than go to trial.

The trial for Raul Aragonez was scheduled to begin in 264th district court Monday morning, but Aragonez decided to plea in exchange for two life sentences on Friday.

Aragonez was charged with continual sexual abuse of a child and aggravated kidnapping back in January 2011. He was the man who sexually assaulted two girls who were on their way to their school bus stops in 2010.

Aragonez will not be eligible for parole for 30 years.
