Benjamin Mccary is facing 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal mischief and evading arrest charges.

Police responded to a disturbance at 15th Street this morning in which they were told a white male got into a disturbance with his neighbors and pointed a gun at them.

Witnesses say Mccary fired 4 rounds into a parked vehicle in the neighborhood. Officers set a perimeter when they arrived on the scene.
