Woman arrested in Brazos County for Waco robbery

LESLIE GARRETT LESLIE GARRETT
WACO, TX (KXXV) -

A woman has been arrested in Brazos County in connection with a March 7th robbery in Waco.

Waco police say that 22-year-old Carmen Brown met a Waco man at a nightclub and then took him to a hotel in the 800 block of S. 4th St. Once they arrived into a hotel room, Brown signaled for her partners by banging on the wall. Two men came into the room, assaulted the victim and robbed him.

Police arrested 30-year-old Leslie Garrett, and sent him to McLennan County Jail that night. DPS troopers arrested Brown over the weekend in Brazos County.
