Four Temple men are in police custody after they were caught with stolen property. Temple police were sent to a home in the 1000 block of S. 19th St. at around 10:20 p.m. Monday night.

The witnesses saw and told police that several suspects had removed property from a house and put them into a vehicle. Witnesses say that they knew the owner of the burglarized home, and thought the activity was suspicious.

A description of the suspect vehicle was provided to the officers.

Police were able to find a vehicle matching the description provided by the witnesses. Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 400 block of South 11th St.

Officers found several of the items reported stolen from the burglary in the suspects' car. 24-year-old Steven James Robinson, 25-year-old Calvin Sharard Davis, 21-year-old Darryl Marcis Morrison and 29-year-old Freddie Lee Westbrook were all taken into custody and charged with burglary of a habitation.
