KILLEEN -
Killeen police have arrested a man who was caught stealing air conditioning units from local homes Monday morning. The incident occurred at a home in the 400 block of E. Hallmark.
27-year-old Robert Ronald Frazier broke into a residence and was taking an air conditioning unit out when he was seen. He fled, but officers found him a short distance away and was identified.
Frazier was arrested and placed in Bell County Jail. He has been charged with burglary of habitation and has a bond has been set at $50,000.
