ATLANTA, March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) declared a cash dividend on its 7.75% Series A Preferred Stock of $0.4844 per share for the first quarter of 2013.  The dividend will be paid on April 25, 2013 to shareholders of record on April 1, 2013.
