OMAHA, Neb., March 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Valmont Industries, Inc. (NYSE: VMI) announced today that the record date for the Company's dividend of 22.5 cents per share for the quarter ending March 30, 2013, has been revised to April 1, 2013 from March 29, 2013, as the 29^th is a market holiday.
