TORONTO, March 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Macquarie Group Limited ("Macquarie") announces that due to its recent tendering of 18,371,622 common shares and 2,000,000 warrants (exchangeable 1:1 into Terrex shares) of Terrex Energy Inc ("Terrex") into the takeover offer by Anterra Energy Inc, at CAD 0.307 per share and the subsequent take-up of these shares, Macquarie's deemed beneficial ownership in Terrex is now below 10% on a partially-diluted basis.
