Today, e2b anytime apps a division of e2b teknologies announced its second Windows 8 business application – a desktop application designed specifically for buyers and material planners to help them manage their complex supply chains. The Anytime Supply Chain Windows 8 Dashboard provides distributors and manufacturers with a list of suggested purchase orders, transfer orders (between warehouse locations), and work orders to help them avoid stock-outs and material shortages.
“Anytime Supply Chain is a cloud-based demand management application. It helps distributors and manufacturers to define item sales forecasts which are combined with sales orders, purchase orders, inventory stocking information, and manufacturing work order data from their ERP accounting system providing them with a complete picture of their supply and demand,” said e2b teknologies President Bill Henslee.
Anytime Supply Chain is one of the first true cloud-based supply chain applications available that integrates with multiple ERP accounting systems. The application is built on Microsoft’s leading Azure cloud platform and licensed through a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription.
“We’ve completed phase one of Anytime Supply Chain development with integration to several key ERP systems including Sage 100, Sage 500 ERP, Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and others,” Henslee said. “Now that we are almost done with the Windows 8 Dashboard, we will focus on our next phase of development which will include additional ERP system interfaces as well as new manufacturing functionality.”
