Bell County law enforcement searching for credit card abuse suspects

Posted:
BELL COUNTY -

Temple police are searching for two female suspects in a credit card abuse investigation.

Police responded to a report of a car burglary in the Gym X parking lot on the 2300 block of S. 57th Street on February 17. The victim said a suspect had entered the vehicle and stole property, including several credit cards, from it.

Temple Police later learned that the missing credit cards had been used several times before the account holder canceled them. The credit cards were used at a local Walgreens, Wal Mart, and McDonalds.

If anyone can identify the suspects, they are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 254-526-TIPS (8477) or go online at www.bellcountycrimestoppers.com. If any tip leads to the arrest of the suspect involved in this crime, residents could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 in cash.
