Posted:
KILLEEN -

Police have arrest one man for burglary of a home after neighbors notified them of suspicious activity. Police received a call on Wednesday of a possible burglary in the 3300 block of Thunder Creek.

When officers arrived they found a U-Haul trailer backed up into a partially open garage. Two men came out of the home, and one of them said that his wife had just closed on the house and they were cleaning it.

A real estate agent handling the home arrived on the scene, and told officers that the house had not been sold. Officers found appliances moved around in the house.

Police arrested Tracy Larance Gordon on burglary of a habitation charges, but not the second suspect. The second suspect had been called to help Gordon move, but knew nothing about what was going on. He was not charged and was released.
