TEMPLE -
A Temple man accused of shooting a teenager in the leg with a BB gun has been arrested. 21-year-old Kyle Hartman has been charged with injury to a child for the March 1 incident.
Temple police were told about an injury to a child report in the 3900 block of Kimi Lane. When they arrived on the scene, they spoke with the victim's father. He told police that Hartman had used a BB air gun to shoot the 14-year-old victim in the leg.
The victim received a minor injury from the BB, and was treated and released from Scott and White Hospital.
Hartman was arrested on Wednesday without incident.
