TEMPLE -
Temple police have arrested a man they believe had improperly touched a minor in January of 2013. 42-year-old Reginald Renault Robinson has been charged with indecency with a child by contact for the incident.
Temple police received the report of an indecency on January 12. After an investigation, police learned that the victim knew Robinson before the incident and that the victim was under 16 years of age at the time of the offense.
Police concluded after a follow up investigation that the incident had occurred at an address in Temple from approximately 2005 until 2009.
Robinson was arrested by Temple police on March 8 without incident.
