The McGregor Police Department have raided a business operated by a local man for the third time. Police entered the Outlet Tobacco store at 3528 North 19th and seized 11 8 liner machines on the basis of them being allegedly used as a criminal instrument.

McGregor Police Investigator Joe Coy says police had obtained information that cash payouts were being made through the machines.

Charges are pending for Nabil Hakim, who was transported to the McLennan County Jail. Late Wednesday night Hakim was still being processed. He is facing five charges in total. Two are for drug possession and one is for money laundering, it was unknown what the other two charges are.

He will see a magistrate Thursday morning to see about bond. Hakim was out on bond for previous arrests at the time of the incident.
