Waco police have finally arrested a man after they found marijuana in his vehicle last year. Mark Anthony Gaines was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana on Thursday.
Police served a search warrant on a vehicle in August of 2012, and found two and a half pounds of marijuana. After the drugs were taken for lab work, an arrest warrant for Gaines was obtained.
